Very useful book diet plans are good but expensive they do deals bundles, look out for them, lost a stone in 6 weeks 14 pounds

Surprisingly tasty and filling.
I ordered a week trial pack mostly on impulse. I've been wanting to try a meal replacement diet for a while and liked the look of this one when I was googling. It arrived very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. And I tried my first shake for lunch that day, I was very surprised. It was so easy to make up, tasted really good and was actually filling. The bars I ordered are the cereal ones and are much nicer than I expected, though a bit heavy feeling. But they really fill you up, though they do make me a bit thirsty. Which isn't such a bad thing as drinking more water is good for everyone. Over all I am really impressed and will be ordering more as soon as I am able to find the ones I want in stock.

Great Diet
So far I've been on the Optifast Diet for 5 weeks and have lost 7.5kg! To be fair, I have a lot to lose (another 25kgs to go...!) But I am surprised at how (relatively) easy I have found it. The shakes and bars are delicious and the soups are great too (the potato and leek soup is especially good). I add black pepper to my soups for an extra "pep" - excuse the pun! All in all I am thrilled with this diet and can see me achieving my ultimate goal which is fabulous as I didn't think I would ever be able to do that! Thank you Optifast! :-)
