Great Diet
So far I've been on the Optifast Diet for 5 weeks and have lost 7.5kg! To be fair, I have a lot to lose (another 25kgs to go...!) But I am surprised at how (relatively) easy I have found it. The shakes and bars are delicious and the soups are great too (the potato and leek soup is especially good). I add black pepper to my soups for an extra "pep" - excuse the pun! All in all I am thrilled with this diet and can see me achieving my ultimate goal which is fabulous as I didn't think I would ever be able to do that! Thank you Optifast! :-)
