Pain-free weight loss

I was on Optifast a few years ago, prior to weight loss surgery, and am back on it for intermittent fasting during the lockdown to keep my weight under control. The shakes taste good and are filling, and the protein bars are so dense that they're also very filling, which means you don't feel hungry or have the urge to break the diet. Great stuff.
