Satisfying but not too keen on the flavour
I found them statisfying in respect of keeping hunger at bay but the flavour was not too much to my liking as it was too sweet.

Tasty
This actually does taste like vegetable soup. It smells quite nice and you certainly know what the flavour is. Only criticism is the soup is really thin, consistency of water. Would have been nicer just bit thicker so felt more like a meal, although taste was good.

I didn't like it
To be honest I didn't like it. It has very good smell and taste is also good. But there is weird aftertaste sensation. I tried it 2-3 times. Rest of the box is just sitting in my cupboard.

I have the leek and potato and the vegetable , i add a little seasoning with a tiny touch of chilli Struggled at first mixing them, i end up with previously boiled water and use a tiny balloon whisk, then they are fine, just one issue of finding tiny brown particles in the bottom of the vegetable soup and cant work out what it is Im affraid i totally disliked the creamy tomato. Ive used the shakes and soups together now for 10 weeks and had a fab weight loss of 1st and 10lb LOVING IT 👍

I've grown rather fond of this soup
I usually have this soup once a day and I really look forward to it, It's got a good texture and taste - improved only by a bit of chilli flakes. It seems to fill me up.
