Ideal weight for your height:
By dividing your weight by your height, BMI calculates the weight range that you currently fit in, whether you’re ‘underweight’, a ‘healthy’ weight, ‘overweight’, or ‘obese’ for your height. BMI is often used to help medical professionals assess the risk for chronic disease within a patient. Underweight BMI range: Below 18.5

Healthy Weight BMI range: 18.5 - 25

Overweight BMI range: 25 - 30
