Tasty soup
This is an excellent soup which is a welcome alternative to the diet shakes as it is nice to have a warm meals. Perfect for lunch times -it has a nice flavour and texture. I highly recommend Optifast - it is helping me to lose weight effectively and I appreciate the variety of soups, shakes and bars they offer in their product range

Filling
Lovely and quite filling. If I can't decide what to have for my evening meal or I am in a rush I have a soup with a slice of wholemeal bread.

Unpleasant
The instructions say to mix the sachet with 50C max warm water. This meant the soup was tepid and powdery tasting.

This was part of my recent order and I am very pleased with the soup. often diet soup is not very tasty but this is. I will certainly buy it again.
