This soup is really yummy and very filling. Initially I was worried that the water to add was to be done at 50° but it works and is really nice.

Quite a nice taste
A nice taste to it, and it fills you up which is the main thing. At 216 calories this is only a tiny fraction of daily calories and it serves as a main meal which can cover a good part of the day.

Not bad…
Order the 2 x soups (veg & potatoes & leek) and based on the reviews they were mixed e.g., thin watery, tasty. Well tried both and added vegetables and spices based on the feedback and must say quite tasty and consistency was good but cooked it rather than followed the instructions on the packet. Will there be any other flavours in the future.

Used boiling water (not 50C as instructed)
Having checked via Optifast live chat, I ignored the instructions and made this with boiling water. This resulted in a palatable soup
