Vanilla Crème Dessert
Absolutely love these desserts. They remind me of the milk puddings I had as a child - only these ones are healthier! They take longer to consume than the Optifast shake drinks so I feel as if l’ve had a bigger meal.

I have to say these are delicious and smooth but they are thick like an old style McDonald's milkshake so my advice is use a spoon don't try and drink them! But they are very good and are brilliant as I was full for the whole day on two of these!
