Delightful
I love this creme dessert it mixes very easily and its flavour is delish, sometimes i put a drop of orange essence. So easy loosing weight this way.

Tasty and filling!
The vanilla creme is very nice. It's creamy and has a great vanilla taste. Keeps me full for hours afterwards. Highly recommend it.

Excellent
I have to say these are delicious and smooth but they are thick like an old style McDonald's milkshake so my advice is use a spoon don't try and drink them! But they are very good and are brilliant as I was full for the whole day on two of these!

Optifast shakes
I bought two flavours chocolate and vanilla, and enjoyed both. It was to replace my lunch meals and it filled me up without making me feel hungry till dinner. Will buy for long term continuity.

Oh yes!
I really like this product. It's a pleasant change from the soups, shakes and bars. Whilst being on a plan like this it's really enjoyable to be able to feel as though you're indulging now and again. I find mixing these with skinny syrups also offers more variety.

Freeze for a delicious ice cream
I read another user's idea of freezing the pudding to get a Optifast ice cream. So I freezed it. It made a few fine ice crystals, so I let it thaw for about 5 minutes, and whisked it. Wow! it tasted like the creamiest ice cream. I highly recommend.
