RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE AND STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Meal replacement for weight control: replace one or two main meals with 1 sachet (1 sachet = 1 meal). Substituting two of the main daily meals of an energy restricted diet with OPTIFAST® contributes to weight loss. Substituting one daily meal of an energy restricted diet with OPTIFAST® contributes to the maintenance of weight after weight loss.
This product is useful for the intended use only when part of an energy-restricted diet, other foodstuffs should be a necessary part of such diet. It is important to maintain an adequate fluid intake. We recommend drinking 2 litres per day. Only suitable for adults, and not suitable for pregnant or lactating women, unless otherwise indicated by a healthcare professional.
Store in a cool dry place. Best consumed immediately after preparation. Alternatively, your shake can be consumed within 4 hours if kept at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated once covered tightly.

Good taste and the shake kept me full until my next meal
This was my first time trying optifast. The taste was surprisingly pleasant. I paired it with some berries to make a smoothie and was delicious. The shake kept me full so I didn’t feel like snacking throughout the day.

Thick Shake
Nice thick shake which resembles a Vanilla milkshake and leaves you feeling full. Tastes pretty good too and blends more nicely using a small blender instead of the shaker.

Does the job!
This vanilla flavour is not my favourite but it's easy to add flavours to it like coffee. I prefer a little more water and crushed ice, All this protein is helping me consistently loose a weight every week. So happy with that.

Vanilla is a little sweeter than the chocolate version but still healthy and filling. Very easy to carry and use for work day lunches.

Absolutely delicious!
I bought 3x boxes recently of this Vanilla flavour Protein Plus and well what can I say? Absolute heaven! I'm one of those who have tried every protein shake and powder going from those huge tubs to pouches and sachets. All normally have that horrible protein flavour and weird aftertaste but not this Vanilla, it is so delciously rich and creamy, like a perfect blend between custard and a vanilla milkshake! They keep me full all day long, and it's a pleasure to drink I look forward to them everyday. Most importantly, as someone who is clinically obese and has PCOS, they helping me rapidly lose weight and all the vitamins and goodness in it are making me feel so healthy and full of energy, slowly healing my body from it's ailments. Thankyou so much Optifast!! please don't ever stop making these or change the recipe 🥰🥛💛✨️

Great these have more protein
Get these rather than the regular ones as really like they have more protein, even though they cost a bit more. And love the vanilla taste, so much so I only get the vanilla ones.

It works
Always an excellent product in particular for work related snack and lunch. Easy to keep in desk drawer and prepare and keeps sugar levels in check on stressful days. Mix with a little bit of milk if really hungry.

Lovely shakes
The vanilla shake is really smooth and velvety to drink. It tastes like custard to me and is totally delicious. I’ve tried many shakes and this is the best I’ve tried. Would definitely buy it again 👍🏻
