RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE AND STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Meal replacement for weight control: replace one or two main meals with 1 sachet (1 sachet = 1 meal). Substituting two of the main daily meals of an energy restricted diet with OPTIFAST® contributes to weight loss. Substituting one daily meal of an energy restricted diet with OPTIFAST® contributes to the maintenance of weight after weight loss.
This product is useful for the intended use only when part of an energy-restricted diet, other foodstuffs should be a necessary part of such diet. It is important to maintain an adequate fluid intake. We recommend drinking 2 litres per day. Only suitable for adults, and not suitable for pregnant or lactating women, unless otherwise indicated by a healthcare professional.
Store in a cool dry place. Best consumed immediately after preparation. Alternatively, your shake can be consumed within 4 hours if kept at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated once covered tightly.

Heaven in a shaker!
This is THE most delicious protein drink i've ever had - and i'm one of those people that has tried every protein powder going, all the big tubs/pouches/sachets. And absolutely none come close to this delicious Vanilla Protein-Plus. Finally there's a healthy drink for weight loss that tastes delicious (like custard and a vanilla milkshake!) and doesn't have any strange powdery protein taste or aftertaste. The weight loss has started for me already in just over a week. Highly, highly recommend 🧡
