Really excellent!
Optifast really works. I use it instead of breakfast most days and sometimes another during the day. I like the fact that I am getting protein and vitamins in such an easy manner. Been using Optifast for a long time now, a part of my routine. It fills me up so I eat less the rest of the day. Really like the extra protein ones. Please do it in Strawberry!

Normally I love anything caramel flavoured but not this, the taste isn’t quite right. I wouldn’t order it again, but there are plenty of other flavours that I really like so no biggie!
