One of my favourite flavours, especially mixed with a spoonful of coffee and poured over ice. Makes me feel like I’m drinking a delicious iced coffee rather than a meal replacement shake

Carmel Shakes
I have lost 12kg in the last six months using Optifast shakes, three times a day and eating fish and starchy vegetables as the only meal (some days off, when away or out but mostly). The Optifast shakes dissolve better than other brands and plan to continue to use them. I have 4kg to go but feel they will still play a place to help me maintain my new weight. Caramel are nice although I prefer other flavours but can see why people with a sweet tooth would prefer the Carmel taste.
