FILLING
I have been eating optifast replacement bars for a year now and with the help of these bars I have maintained my weightloss. I love to eat the berry bar for breakfast with a cup of tea. The bar fills me up until my next meal and I am confident that I am getting all the nutrition that is required in this bar.

Very filling
I love this crunchy berry bar in a morning. It has just the right amount of chocolate to satisfy any sweet cravings. It fills me up until lunchtime and sometimes longer. I have been acting these bars for over a year now and have never tired of the flavour.

Delicious and filling!
These berry bars are really tasty and filling. There is just enough sweetness in them to satisfy a sweet tooth, but not too much to induce subsequent sugar cravings or a a sugar ‘high’ then ‘low’. The added vitamins and minerals ensure a nutrient-rich meal.

Tasty & satisfying

Very filling
I love these berry bars. They are so tasty . The chocolate that covers the bar is very nice and the inside of the bar is a lovely soft buiscuit consistency. I have one for breakfast with a coffee and that fills me up until lunchtime. If I'm going out I pop one of these bars in my handbag and happily eat another one for lunch. You will not be disappointed with this bar.
