I truly love the chocolate shakes, they are delicious with no weird aftertaste (which many other shakes have) and I can happily have them twice a day. I shake them with cold no sugar almond milk and add some ice cubes (which works well in summer). Can be enjoyed with some ground flaxseed also.

As a relatively new consumer of Optifast, I have tried many diet shakes and soups etc, but the ones that I think are far the best are Optifast, preparing is so quick and easy and the powders mix quickly and they taste really delicious.
