After trying various shakes over the years I thought I'd give these a go. I hoped they wouldn't be tasteless and powdery and I'm happy to say I am pleasantly surprised! They are nice and thick (when made with the right amount of water) and are as comparable as any big brand cold coffee taste wise. With any meal replacement it takes a couple of days for the hunger pangs to subside, but I introduced one healthy lunch or dinner along with 2 shakes a day and I'm not hungry at all. I am losing weight gradually and I'm more than happy!
