5Having this handy handbook direct on your phone means you can refer to it whilst you are out shopping. Easy to ready straight from your phone I downloaded mine to my phone and for free it’s great just helps to bring ideas to your first do you don’t get board

Optifast shakes
5Optifast shakes,mix very well so smooth texture to drink.Flavours are pleasant ,not too artificial. In my opinion they are filling and sustaining.Also convenient if out and about ,perhaps working,as you only need water to mix with,I would suggest using a shaker as texture is much better .
