Optifast shakes
5Optifast shakes,mix very well so smooth texture to drink.Flavours are pleasant ,not too artificial. In my opinion they are filling and sustaining.Also convenient if out and about ,perhaps working,as you only need water to mix with,I would suggest using a shaker as texture is much better .

First purchase
5Have tried various shakes before saw optifast advertised, was sceptical thinking that they can't be much different from the rest, but the variety was so much better than the rest. Ordered the starter pack. OMG so much flavour, I don't normally like chocolate shakes but this is my favourite, apart from that every thing is so full of taste and plenty of variety.

4The recipe ebook is brilliant, but I've only done the smoothies the banana and vanilla one. I'm going to when I get paid order the chocolate drink so I can make the mocha one. I don't cook much and have ibs so love the smoothie recipes.
