Great quality and flavour!
These are the only meal replacement products I’ve found that taste good and really work for me. I’m type 2 diabetic and they don’t spike my sugars, they keep me feeling full and they really taste great. So easy to use as well.

Optifast shakes
I have used these on and off for over a year now. It helps me control my weight if I put on a few pounds I go back to my Optifast shakes and it gets me back on track. So easy to control your weight I prefer the strawberry shakes, my sister likes the coffee ones so I just order both lots. They have a very efficient delivery system you do not have to wait ,one for deliver.
