Pleasant taste
5Pleasant strawberry flavour and good consistency. Losing weight nicely and not feeling hungry. I replace two meals a day with the shake.

Great quality and flavour!
5These are the only meal replacement products I’ve found that taste good and really work for me. I’m type 2 diabetic and they don’t spike my sugars, they keep me feeling full and they really taste great. So easy to use as well.

Optifast shakes
5I have used these on and off for over a year now. It helps me control my weight if I put on a few pounds I go back to my Optifast shakes and it gets me back on track. So easy to control your weight I prefer the strawberry shakes, my sister likes the coffee ones so I just order both lots. They have a very efficient delivery system you do not have to wait ,one for deliver.

5These strawberry shakes taste lovely, I have them regularly. What an absolute amazing way to loose weight!! It works try them! 20kg down and I'm never hungry, I’ve tried many different diets but this is amazing!

Strawberry
5I’m new to the optifast shake diet as I’ve been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. The advice given was to lose weight and exercise. I joined a gym and ordered optifast so far losing weight and not feeling like I’m starving hungry. My favourite has to be the strawberry shake and with the hot weather I put in ice cubes 🧊 makes it a lovely cool shake. Definitely try the strawberry shake.
