Great shake to get that extra protein in
5This the first shake that I've tried that I can genuinely say I enjoyed. It didn't leave that chalky or false taste like a lot of the shakes can do. I added some crushed ice to mine and it really did taste like a strawberry milkshake

5Love the flavour, mixes well in water with no lumps. Taken on holiday as makes midday meal really easy, just have to have a packet of shake mix and water with me

Delicious and Filling
5Having only just found out about Optifast, I wasn't holding my breath about how good the shakes would be, as have tried many other brands in the past, which don't fill you up or taste that great. So I was very pleasantly surprised, when making the first shake a couple of days ago, how creamy and delicious the Optifast strawberry shake was and very very filling. Definitely the best brand by a mile and I now look forward to breakfast and lunchtimes, knowing these shakes are going to satisfy my hunger for many hours. Can't wait to try some of the other products as well now.

Summer vibes
4My favourite way to drink this is to add ice cubes with the water and blend in smoothie maker. Actually makes you feel like you are drinking a milkshake. The taste is pleasant and it doesn't cause any indigestion.
