Quite sweet.
I ordered the 6 week diet plan and these were one of the products available to select. The shakes are okay but a little too sweet for my tastes, I add a small black coffee to the shake which helps. It would be good if there were more savoury flavoured products available.Another comment regarding the 6 week diet plan is that it is described as an 800 to 850 calories per day diet plan; howeber, with the products available in the diet builder it is impossible to achieve as low as 850 calories per day. The protein shake is 249 calories and you have to order 40 of them (4 packs of 10), most of the other products available to select are 216 calories or greater, consequently the best you can do is average 900 calories per day.

The best tasting flavour
Vanilla is a lovely's flavour. I also like to add a little ice and blitz it all up in a blender. Coffee is also a fantastic flavour

Vanilla Shake
Absolutely delicious. I also like the Strawberry and trying the Caramel once it arrives. Optifast has worked for me, and I have lost a stone while still eating a full meal on Sundays and a Lighter Life Bar at lunch times. Optifast meets my budget, while Lighterlife is too expensive for me now.

Perfect way to start the day
This is my daily breakfast and it sets me up perfectly for the day. Lovely creamy vanilla flavour and I do not feel hungry after this at all. Great product.

Fab taste.
Easy to prepare, fabulous taste, keeps hunger at bay for hours. Oh and the weight is simply dropping off. What's not to like!

Absolutely my favourite flavour. Thick, creamy and not at all lumpy if u use the mixing shaker. Really filling as well. Look forward to this one!
