RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE AND STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Meal replacement for weight control: replace one or two main meals with 1 sachet (1 sachet = 1 meal). Substituting two of the main daily meals of an energy restricted diet with OPTIFAST® contributes to weight loss. Substituting one daily meal of an energy restricted diet with OPTIFAST® contributes to the maintenance of weight after weight loss.
This product is useful for the intended use only when part of an energy-restricted diet, other foodstuffs should be a necessary part of such diet. It is important to maintain an adequate fluid intake. We recommend drinking 2 litres per day. Only suitable for adults, and not suitable for pregnant or lactating women, unless otherwise indicated by a healthcare professional.
Store in a cool dry place. Best consumed immediately after preparation. Alternatively, your shake can be consumed within 4 hours if kept at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated once covered tightly.

Delicious choc shake
I like the slightly thicker texture and chocolatey taste. I use it for my intermittent diet to maintain my original weight loss.

Not a fan sadly
This shake does what is says. It really does fill you up and the increased protein is great especially if you’ve been working out but unfortunately it is not at all pleasant to drink. I will not be getting this or any of the other shakes again. Will stick to the bars.

OK taste but a bit "gloopy"
The taste of these is OK and they kept hunger at bay, but a little thick for my liking and if I added more water the flavour was lost. I would like to see more flavours in this "Protein Plus" range please.

Best shake in the collection!
Far and away my favourite optifast product. Lovely raster and satisfying. I always whip mine up in my portable blender with ice. It feels indulgent!

I LOVE THIS SHAKE! IT HAS A CREAMY TEXTURE AND TASTES REALLY CHOCOLATEY. I FIND THAT VERY COLD WATER IS BEST FOR ALL THE SHAKES. VERY FILLING

Keeps hunger at bay!
Very impressed by the Protein Plus chocolate shake! The taste took a couple of days to get used to - in my experience, all protein shakes are not exactly yummy- however, after a few days it tasted fine and I am definitely losing weight….. The main benefit for me is the high quantity of protein (28g), which means that I am honestly not hungry for approx five hours after drinking the shake. I would definitely recommend this particular shake as a substitute for one of your meals - I am using it as a replacement for my lunch.

Shakes all the way!!
I have had Optifast in the past, very successfully, however, since becoming ill with Heart & Lung Disease, I have put so much extra weight on with Steroids, I’ve been unable to shift the water from right heart failure and I know this does shift it-for ME. NOT a medical review as each person needs to check with clinicians if they are poorly. I LOVE the Vanilla & Chocolate ones. I ordered the banana ones last time, as love banana shakes, but I really didn’t take to them. I don’t like any of the soups or the higher protein shakes, because as a Supertaster I taste everything different to the usual products that I order! Thank you Opti-Taste-Fast shakes.
