Amazing
5This is the first time I have tried a meal replacement shake and was worried that it wouldn’t fill me. This plus protein shake fills me for four hours and I feel like I’m full. So very pleased with it

Chocolate protein plus
5I absolutely love this shake. It’s quick and easy to make, which is handy but the taste is gorgeous and very filling. I have cut chocolate out of my diet so I enjoy this shake even more. I highly recommend it

Protein plus shake Chocolate
5Very filling shake that is smooth & not grainy, I love the flavour and feel full whether I have it for breakfast, lunch or evening meal. Would definitely recommend as a meal replacement shake. 👍

Top notch for flavour, texture and ingredients!
5Really enjoying these shakes as part of my campaign to defeat my Type 2 diabetes diagnosis… taste good, mix well and easily and have quality ingredients… can’t fault them and much prefer them to their rival brands - try them, you won’t be disappointed 😜😀

5OPTIFAST IS CERTAINLY WORKING FOR ME! I'VE GONE DOWN TWO DRESS SIZES I HAVE A HEALTHY BREAKFAST SHAKE FOR LUNCH DINNER IS USUALLY BALANCED BUT SOMETIMES WITH A TREAT 2 PIECES OF DARK CHOCOLATE IN THE EVENING I MAKE THE SHAKE WITH VERY COLD WATER FROM THE FRIDGE HAVING A SHAKE INSTEAD OF A MEAL IS FINE

4I like the slightly thicker texture and chocolatey taste. I use it for my intermittent diet to maintain my original weight loss.
