No. If you're following an OPTIFAST Diet Plan, it's advised that you avoid strenuous exercise in the first three weeks, as you'll be limiting your daily calories intake to a range of 800-1000 kcal.

This product is useful for the intended use only when part of an energy-restricted diet, other foodstuffs should be a necessary part of such diet. It is important to maintain an adequate fluid intake. We recommend drinking 2 litres per day. Only suitable for adults, and not suitable for pregnant or lactating women, unless otherwise indicated by a healthcare professional.
Store in a cool dry place. Best consumed immediately after preparation. Alternatively, your shake can be consumed within 4 hours if kept at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated once covered tightly.

Cheeky Chocolate

Best shake I’ve tried.
Really like this shake, and I’ve tried a lot. I tend to add more water and a lot of ice and blitz it to thicken it.

Really chocolatey
I have to admit i thought these would taste of powder or something worse but they are very pleasant and very chocolatey and thick. Making the shake is very easy and they do fend off hunger pangs. Well worth a try.

Lost 20lb
