Best flavour !
5I have been using optifast now for about 3 years having been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It was a great way to kick start my weight loss journey and I now have one shake a day to maintain my weight loss. I have tried most of the flavours but by far my favourite is the banana . It is lively by itself, but I also add ground flax seeds and nuts which really fill me up - just delicious, would highly recommend.

Banana Shake
5I have a Banana shake most days for breakfast. I add a banana and water melon and then blend in my blender. I add the blended shake mix to a pint glass with some ice and fresh blueberries in it. It takes 5 minutes to prepare and lasts me until lunchtime. I have lost 12 kg in the last year and shakes have helped me to achieve this.

Great diet shake
5I tried optifast banana flavoured shake for the first time and I’m very impressed with the taste. It tastes really nice and works as a replacement meal.

Love 'nana shakes!
5This one reminds me of being a child in the 80s and having a treat at a well known eating establishment with golden arches! Always loved banana milkshakes and the flavour is very reminiscent

Too good to be “diet” food
5Such a delicious shake, it doesn’t take “diet” at all. I love this flavour and highly recommend to anyone who loves banana shakes. My fav!

Banana shake up!
5I wasn't too sure about the taste at first so I experimented and used much less water, about 150 ml, then stuck it in the freezer for about 10 mins and it was so much tastier. Love it now but make sure to drink some water after to make up for less used in the mixing.
